Al Sheppard
President / Co-Owner
Al lead’s the company’s technical and financial operations from Winter Park, Florida. He holds both AVIXA’s Certified Technology Specialist-Design and Installation designations. Prior to starting Innovative Collaboration with Pete Holcomb, Al had extensive experience in the design, implementation and programming of many elaborate audio visual systems for government, commercial, hospitality, medical, broadcast and entertainment venues. His systems have ranged from basic presentation and conferencing systems to large video walls and communication hubs for emergency operation centers, to 3-D viewing theaters and outdoor amphitheaters for musical events.
William “Pete” Holcomb
Vice President / Co-Owner
Pete brings years of leadership to the company after having served in the military as an Air Force Officer for over 21 years. He has over 10 years’ experience in the Audio Visual industry and before co-founding Innovative Collaboration he was senior management of an AV integration firm. Pete is responsible for government contracting, growth, and strategic direction of the company.
