We support our clients’ audiovisual and collaboration environments and have the ability to take charge and support existing systems or systems we have installed and commissioned for our clients. Over time all electro-mechanical systems require periodic maintenance. Our team will coordinate and execute these services for your systems through our support programs.
Our goal is to be your partner throughout the lifecycle of each system you own and operate, a dependable partner that can react and support you with the right people with the right knowledge at the right time.
Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
At Innovative Collaboration, we maintain a service department to ensure your investment is protected—and to keep things running smoothly. We schedule regular maintenance visits to your location to make sure your devices have the latest firmware and are functioning properly.
Discrete levels of service agreements are available, ranging from the essential performance of periodic maintenance checks to the assumption of full responsibility for the system, including replacement of any parts that no longer function. Our highest level of service provides for total system repair and maintenance, and, where applicable, remote management of an AV system.

Per-Instance Maintenance
Do you find yourself in need of the services provided by a professional AV company but don’t have a service level agreement or contract? We have you covered. Innovative Collaboration can perform a one-time maintenance on your system. At the end of the visit, we will provide you with a comprehensive assessment of what we accomplished and a list of any other services or equipment that might be required to keep your system fully functioning.
